Managing of incidents
Management of incidents in the company is ruled by specific integrated procedures, specified in the risk valuation and emergency company plan. In the past years prevention  measures have been activated, and to do this, all levels of workforce have been involved. In all cases the appointed company staff, have compiled the accident registry, module INAIL, and reported accidents to the competent authorities. Following any accident, valuation and reexamination procedures are activated, in order to characterize the cause and to define the best corrective and preventive actions. This activity is regulated by specific procedures.

Following details have been elaborated on the basis of reported incidents on the accident registry from 2003 to date, 55 have taken place.
It is however evident the proportionally to the staff employed, the formation and prevention policy undertaken, have considerably reduced the percentage of accident and injuries.
